What is the Payment Mode?
All payments stated online are in Singapore dollars.
- By Bank Transfer,
Upon successful checkout of orders, our bank details will be provided for you to tranfer money to us. Upon receiving the payments, we will process the orders and deliver out.
Please drop us an e-mail to bb.tinz@gmail.com once payment has been made with the following details: Your Name, Contact number, Bank transaction Reference number, Mailing address.
What is the delivery method and when can I receive the item?
All orders will be received within 2 to 7 working days (depending on delivery method used) after payment is received, except for those pre-orders items, which will be specified otherwise upon arrival of items.
Singapore Delivery Methods via Singapore Post service.
- By Normal Postage within 3 to 7 working days upon receiving payment, a S$0.50 postal charge per 100gram. (Please note that we are not responsible for lost items in the mail. Therefore, we'll recommend for a registered postage delivery.)
- By Registered Mail Postage with 3 to 7 working days upon receiving payment, an additional S$2.20 (upon normal postage for registered mail) postal charge will be incurred. (This is highly recommended!)
Can i get a refund or exchange after purchase?
We are sure that you will be delighted with your order.
We'll do a quality checks to make sure all goods sent are in good conditions.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All goods sold are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective. But if you really need to return some items to us, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note based on the appropriate situations.
For EXCHANGING ITEMS (Based on acceptable situations), please e-mail us at bb.tinz@gmail.com and notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Items returned must be in its original packaging and UNOPENED and in RESALEABLE conditions. Once returned items has been received and verified suitable for exchange, new selected items will be posted out via local mail or courier delivery.
Returned items will sent via normal postage, registered mail (Registered mail will be chargeable to customers) and arrangements will be coordinated with you by our sales representative.
